What launches with Early Access
NoShadow describes Act I as the Early Access foundation, with the first region, core systems, factions, quests and progression. The current store anchors include ten factions, more than twenty-five weapons, more than three hundred attachments and procedural underground bunkers.

How the release gate fails safely
A network error never maps to LIVE. When current evidence cannot be fetched, the release state becomes UNKNOWN and the last successful check remains visible. This prevents an unlock assumption from spreading through the hero, FAQ and release pages.
